360 Machine Operator

Company: Force Contracting Services Location: Heysham Nuclear Power Station, Lancashire (Head Office: Worksop, Nottinghamshire) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (PAYE) Salary: £18/hour (higher rates available depending on experience, qualifications, and tickets) About the Role Force Contracting Services are recruiting experienced 360 Machine Operators (Above and Below 10T) to join our team on a long-term civil engineering project at Heysham Nuclear Power Station. This is a permanent PAYE position offering stable, year-round work, ongoing training, and excellent opportunities for progression. Duties: Operating 360 excavators above and below 10 tonnes Carrying out drainage, trenching, grading, and excavation works Loading materials and supporting site operations Assisting groundworks teams when required Conducting daily machine checks and basic maintenance Following site health and safety procedures Working effectively as part of a civils team Requirements: Valid CPCS or NPORS 360 Excavator ticket (Above and Below 10T essential) Valid CSCS Card Previous experience on civil engineering projects preferred Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Strong understanding of site health and safety Additional plant tickets advantageous What We Offer: Permanent PAYE employment Consistent year-round work 28 days paid holiday entitlement (including bank holidays) Overtime paid at x1.5 on Saturdays and x2 on Sundays Travel and accommodation provided All PPE provided ..... full job details .....
