This 360 opportunity offers an ASAP start in Dunfermline.

The Role

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients across your market
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of vacancies
• Manage the full 360 recruitment process from vacancy briefing to offer stage
• Work closely with a supportive sales floor team and report into senior management
• Use CRM systems, outbound sales activity, and candidate databases to drive results.

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, telesales, or a customer-focused environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence with outbound calls, business development, and account management
• Organised and self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Experience using CRM systems is beneficial, but training can be provided
