360 Excavator Operator

360 Excavator Operator (Blue CPCS) – Chelmsford (CM2)

TRIbuild Solutions are currently seeking an experienced Blue CPCS 360 Excavator Operator – Tracked with lifting ops for civils works on a project based in Chelmsford (CM2).

Role details:

• Duration: 4–5 weeks

• Start date: Monday 22nd September 2025

• Hours & Pay: £25/hr CIS, 9 hours paid per day

• Duties: Operating 360 excavator on a civils scheme, supporting groundworks teams with drainage installations including gullies, manholes, and pits, trenching, grading and general excavation.

• Assisting with lifting operations and working safely around live services.

Requirements:

• Valid Blue CPCS 360 Excavator (Tracked) card

• Proven experience on civils and drainage projects

• Safety-conscious, reliable, and able to work as part of a team
