Job Advert: 360 Excavator Operator - Immediate Start in Carlisle Position: 360 Excavator Operator / 360 OperativeLocation: Carlisle, Cumbria (CA6 area)Start Date: ASAP (Immediate Start)Duration: 6 weeksHourly Rate: 23.00 - 24.00 per hour (DOE)Are you an experienced 360 Excavator Operator looking for immediate work in the Carlisle area? We are seeking a reliable and skilled operator to join a fast-paced commercial construction project.The Role:You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a 360-degree excavator on-site, performing essential groundwork duties for the development of a new commercial building (Burger King).Key Responsibilities Include:Operating the 360 Excavator (likely above 10-tonne) safely and efficiently.Digging concrete foundations, trenches, and general excavation.Breaking out and moving materials, including tarmac and rubble.Assisting with lifting operations (if certified and required).Working closely with groundworkers and site management to keep the project on schedule.Conducting daily plant checks and reporting any defects.Requirements:Valid CPCS or NPORS card with the relevant 360 Excavator ticket (Above 10 tonne is highly desirable).Demonstrable experience operating a 360 Excavator in a construction environment.Full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).Reliable transport to the site location in Carlisle.
