360 Degree Excavator Operator

Interaction Engineering 3–5 Tonne Excavator Operator 

Interaction Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced 3–5 tonne Excavator Operator to join a construction and groundwork project. The successful candidate will have previous experience operating mini excavators safely and efficiently, along with a valid CPCS or NPORS qualification.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking operator looking for ongoing contract work paid through CIS.

• Safely operate 3–5 tonne excavators on site.

• Carry out digging, trenching, levelling and general groundwork duties.

• Work alongside groundworkers and other site operatives to meet project deadlines.

• Follow site drawings and instructions where required.

• Complete daily equipment checks and report any defects.

• Maintain a safe working environment and follow all site health and safety procedures.

• Assist with general site duties when required.

• Valid CPCS or NPORS excavator operator qualification.

• Proven experience operating 3–5 tonne excavators.

• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Relevant PPE and the right to work in the UK.

• £22–£25 per hour CIS, depending on experience.

• Contract work with the potential for ongoing opportunities.
