Job Title: Groundworks Gang - 360 Machine Operator and Dumper Driver (2-Person Gang)Location: Eaglescliffe, Stockton-on-TeesPay Rate: Up to 23.00 per hour (CIS)Duration: Ongoing About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced 2-person Groundworks Gang (360 Operative + Forward Tipping Dumper) for an immediate start in Eaglescliffe.The ideal gang will be working on a residential/commercial site focusing primarily on high-standard finishing work. You will be working together to clear, level, and prepare site grounds to final inspection standards.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating 360 Excavator (above/below 10 tonne) and Forward Tipping Dumper safely and efficiently.Precision finishing work, including final trimming, grading, kerbing, edging, and slabbing support.Drainage adjustments, service trenching, and topsoiling.Working collaboratively with site management and strictly adhering to health and safety regulations.Requirements and QualificationsCPCS or NPORS card required for both operatives (360 Excavator and Forward Tipping Dumper).Proven experience on groundworks projects with a strong focus on finishing work.Valid CIS registration (UTR number required).Relevant PPE (hard hat, high-vis, safety boots).Right to work in the UK.Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.BenefitsCompetitive rate up to 23.00/hr (CIS) depending on experience.Weekly pay.Potential for ongoing long-term work in the Teesside area.How to ApplyIf you and your partner are ready to start email ..... full job details .....
