3.5t Delivery and Install Driver

Berry Recruitment are looking for 3.5t delivery and install drivers to work for a large well established Electrical retailer at the Hedge End depot.6am start - the shift end time will vary depending on deliveries that day.You will also need to be available to work some weekends as it is working 5 days a week out of 7.Hourly pay 13.63.Please note you will need a BASIC DBS CHECK for this role which Berry Recruitment can get for you if you do not already have.This is a contract role but there is opportunity to be taken on permanently for the right candidates.Main Duties:To safely deliver, install and demonstrate white goods, televisions and cookers in customers propertiesEngaging with customers, keeping them informed and ensuring their delivery and our installation is carried out to the highest standardMaintain regular contact with the site throughout the day to meet any changes to a customer delivery requestTo ensure the handheld operating device (Savvy) is always used correctly by completing visits and obtaining customer signatureLiaise with manufacturers at the point of delivery when necessaryAble to meet the physical requirements for this roleManage changing volumes of load held in the vehicle during the day - regularly review, adjust and secure load to ensure safety whilst using equipment provided (straps and sacks barrows)Before starting you will need to complete an induction that includes a driving assessment.Requirements:Previous experience driving 3.5t vehicle (with no ..... full job details .....
