Job Title: Driver / Warehouse Operative

Location: Norwich & surrounding areas Salary: £12.71 per hour (with structured reviews + performance bonuses) Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our clients growing team. This is an integral role within our clinets business, offering excellent training, clear progression routes, and a fantastic benefits package.

• Hours: 40-hour contract with a 1-hour unpaid daily break.

• Flexibility: Shift times vary between 6:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

• Typical Shifts: Most days will be 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Weekend Work: You will be expected to work one Saturday per month (4–5 hours, paid at overtime rates).

This position is primarily driving-focused, interspersed with essential warehouse support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Completing vehicle deliveries (typically two van runs per day).

• Assisting in the warehouse between and after delivery runs.

• Starting Rate: £12.71 per hour.
