3.5 Tonne Driver - Cradley HeathPeople Solutions are currently recruiting for 3.5 Tonne Drivers to join our well-established client based in Cradley Heath.This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay, ongoing work, and genuine temp-to-perm opportunities for growth and progression.This role would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Van Driver, Delivery Driver, or Multi-Drop Driver within the local area.Shifts:• Monday to Friday• 08:30am starts• Minimum of eight hours paid per dayRates of Pay:• £12.71 per hour (standard rate)• £27,800 per annum salary when you go permanent with the clientBenefits:Your benefits as a 3.5 Tonne Driver will be: • Opportunity to go permanent • Weekly pay• On-site canteen facilities• Immediate starts available• Employee well-being programmeDay-to-Day Duties:Your duties as a 3.5 Tonne Driver will be: • Driving delivery vans safely and efficiently to multiple delivery locations• Conducting daily vehicle checks prior to routes• Assisting with loading the vehicle when required• Using handheld scanners to record deliveries• Completing delivery paperwork accurately• Carrying out up to 30 drops per day• Handballing duties as required• Delivering to local and surrounding areasEssential SkillsThe skills required to be a 3.5 Tonne Driver will be: • Valid UK Category B (Car/Van) Driving Licence• Minimum of one year''s multi-drop delivery experience• No more than six penalty points (no IN10, DR10 or DD10 offences)• Excellent ..... full job details .....
