Your Company:This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced 33kV High Voltage Jointer to join a growing engineering business, working in the Stourbridge area and supporting projects across the power distribution and utilities sector.Your RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but will not be limited to:Carrying out jointing and termination works on high-voltage cable systems up to and including 33kVInstalling, testing and commissioning HV cable systems in accordance with industry standards and client specificationsUndertaking cable fault-finding and repair activities across HV distribution networksEnsuring all works are completed safely and in line with company procedures, industry regulations and health and safety requirementsReading and interpreting network drawings, schematics and technical documentationLiaising with project managers, site supervisors and network operators to coordinate planned works and project activitiesCompleting testing records, commissioning documentation and technical reports accurately and efficientlySupporting the successful delivery of major infrastructure and power distribution projectsYou MUST HavePlease apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:Demonstrable experience as a High Voltage Jointer working on networks up to and including 33kVRelevant HV jointing authorisations, certifications and competenciesStrong understanding of high-voltage cable systems, jointing techniques, testing and commissioning proceduresPrevious ..... full job details .....
