Are you passionate about enriching the student experience and supporting people? Our client is looking for a highly organised and proactive Student Enrichment Administrator to join their team for a temporary role that promises excitement and engagement!
Main Purpose of the Role:
As the Student Enrichment and Engagement Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of various enrichment programs, student voice initiatives, and alumni engagement activities. Your keen eye for detail and enthusiasm for supporting students will make you an essential part of the team!
What You''ll Be Doing:
1. Administrative Support for Enrichment Programmes:
* Assist in coordinating the College''s enrichment calendar and scheduling activities.
* Maintain accurate records of student participation and attendance.
* Support officers in liaising with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Heads of Centre) to facilitate programme delivery.
2. Event and Activity Coordination:
* Help organise logistics for enrichment events, focus groups, and student feedback sessions.
* Book venues, arrange materials, and manage event communications.
* Support the delivery of Open Days/Evenings and other promotional events.
3. Student Voice and Union Support:
* Assist in the recruitment and administration of student union reps and ambassadors.
* Help coordinate the "You Said, We Did" campaign and learner voice conference.
* Maintain documentation and feedback from student forums and panels.
4. Budget and Resource Management:
* Support officers in tracking budgets and processing purchases for enrichment activities.
* Maintain inventory of equipment, especially for programmes like the Duke of Edinburgh Award.
5. Marketing and Communications:
* Collaborate with the Marketing Team to prepare promotional materials and social media content.
* Help develop student-focused marketing celebrating student life and achievements.
6. Alumni Engagement:
* Maintain contact lists and assist in organising alumni events and communications.
* Support the development of an alumni network database.
7. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
* Ensure all activities comply with College policies including safeguarding, equality and diversity, and health and safety.
* Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards in all administrative processes.
8. General Administrative Duties:
* Provide clerical support including minute-taking, filing, and responding to enquiries.
* Assist with reporting and impact reviews of enrichment and engagement activities.
* Carry out other duties as required by the Student Enrichment and Engagement Officers or Senior Leadership Team.
