Key Responsibilities: Working one to one with a dedicated child in Year with an EHCP. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment for all children. Monitor and assess children''s progress and development. Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure a cohesive approach to early years education. Build strong relationships with children and their families. Ideal Qualifications/Attributes: Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
