This CNC Miller role offers the opportunity to work on bespoke components and innovative engineering projects rather than repetitive production work. You'll be producing one-off and small-batch parts in materials including aluminium and titanium, working within a modern workshop equipped with advanced CNC machining and inspection technology. Key Responsibilities Set, program and operate CNC milling machines. Produce one-off and small-batch machined components. Work from engineering drawings and CAD/CAM data. Prove out, edit and optimise CNC programs. Machine complex components to tight tolerances. Carry out in-process inspection and quality checks. Maintain tooling, fixtures and machine performance. Support continuous improvement within the machining department. Skills & Knowledge Required Proven experience as a CNC Miller. Strong programming, setting and operating capability.
