The Pipefitter positions come with an hourly rate from -28.00 to -32.00 under the CIS Model. Role responsibilities and key skills for the role: Carry out the installation and assembly of industrial pipework systems across power generation and heavy industrial projects throughout the South of England. Install pipework, valves, flanges, supports, brackets and associated mechanical equipment in accordance with project drawings and specifications. Read and work accurately from isometric drawings, P&IDs and mechanical installation drawings. Carry out pipe preparation, measuring, alignment, fitting and bolting to ensure installations are completed to the required tolerances and quality standards. Work closely with coded welders, mechanical supervisors and other trades to complete piping packages safely and to programme.
