Location: Epsom | Salary: £16.75 - £17/hour | Type: Temporary | Clearfield Recruitment are looking for 2x - CSCS - Demolition Labourers to join our team on an active resi site in Epsom starting on Thursday 6th August. Key Responsibilities Carrying out soft stripping of buildings (removing non-structural elements like fixtures, fittings, and partitions). Assisting with structural demolition work using hand tools. Clearing rubble, sorting waste, and maintaining a clean, hazard-free work site. Loading and unloading materials and equipment. Previous experience in using Kango drill Requirements Valid CSCS Card . Previous experience in demolition, construction and-general labouring. Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials. Punctual, reliable, and able to work well as part of a team.
