This is a hands-on technical role focused on supporting, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise Wintel infrastructure within a complex, high-security setting. Working as part of an established infrastructure team, you will provide 2nd and 3rd line support across core services and platforms, taking ownership of technical incidents, problem resolution, system improvements, and infrastructure lifecycle activities.
