Fit ancillary equipment such as cranes, tail lifts, hydraulic systems, winches, toolboxes, fall-protection systems, and lighting equipment. Modify chassis and structural components to meet customer specifications and internal build processes. Fabrication & Mechanical Work Carry out fabrication tasks including cutting, drilling, and assembly of steel and aluminium components. Produce brackets, mounts, and custom components to support body installation. Complete basic auto-electrical tasks such as installing wiring looms, sensors, and lighting systems. Quality, Safety & Compliance Work to Whole Vehicle Type Approval, IVA, LOLER, PUWER, and all AHC quality standards. Conduct pre-delivery checks and resolve build issues before handover.
