Fit ancillary equipment such as cranes, tail lifts, hydraulic systems, winches, toolboxes, fall-protection systems, and lighting equipment. Modify chassis and structural components to meet customer specifications and internal build processes. Fabrication and Mechanical Work Carry out fabrication tasks including cutting, drilling, and assembly of steel and aluminium components. Produce brackets, mounts, and custom components to support body installation. Complete basic auto-electrical tasks such as installing wiring looms, sensors, and lighting systems. Quality, Safety and Compliance Work to Whole Vehicle Type Approval, IVA, LOLER, PUWER, and all AHC quality standards. Conduct pre-delivery checks and resolve build issues before handover.
