This is an immediate start opportunity for someone with strong technical support line who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will provide second-line support for the client''s POS software, managing cases from initial contact through resolution, troubleshooting issues, and delivering a world-class customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries via calls, emails, and web portalInvestigate and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessaryLog and manage cases from start to finish, maintaining clear documentationContribute to knowledge base updates and team knowledge sharingCollaborate with internal and global support teamsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesRequired Skills and Experience18 months -2+ years'' experience in technical helpdesk/supportStrong customer service and communication skillsExperience with Windows operating systems and basic networkingAnalytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a high-paced ..... full job details .....
