2nd Line Support Technician

Our-client,-a-professional-services-company,-is-seeking-an-experienced-2nd-line-support-technician-to-provide-technical-support-across-the-firm.Duties-will-include-providing-support-including-MS-365,-Outlook-and-teams,-MS-Office-and-windows-11,-service-desk-ticketing-and-data-security,-providing-remote-and-in-person-support.

The-role-is-to-cover-sickness-absence-and-is-expected-to-last-for-about-8-weeks.The-role-will-initially-be-office-based,-but-there-is-the-possibility-of-hybrid-working.If-you-are-an-experienced-second-line-support-technician-who-enjoys-problem-solving-and-team-working,-this-is-an-excellent-opportunity-to-join-a-friendly-firm-to-assist-on-a-temporary-basis.
