Responsibilities

Skilled in supporting infrastructure and applications built on Microsoft Server systems (e.g. Remote Desktop, Active Directory, DNS)

Familiar with high-availability environments handling thousands of daily users and requiring zero downtime

Proficient in maintaining and updating Windows-based systems, including regular Windows Updates and patching

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, including IIS, NLB

Hands-on with virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V

Confident using monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Azure Monitor etc.

Nice To Have

PowerShell Scripting

Experience in a 24/7 shift-based IT support environment
