You''ll join a flat, technically led business where engineers collaborate, share knowledge, and work on far more than service desk tickets. Alongside troubleshooting, you''ll gain hands-on experience with projects, cloud, networking, automation, and infrastructure. You will - Resolve Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, and endpoint issues. Deliver M365 migrations, Intune deployments, and infrastructure projects. Support Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid environments. Improve automation, documentation, and service quality. Have 3+ years'' IT support experience (MSP preferred).
