Delivering 2nd Line support via phone, remote tools and onsite visitsSupporting Microsoft 365 environments – Intune, SharePoint, Exchange, TeamsWorking with Sophos for endpoint and firewall securityUsing ConnectWise as your central service desk platformVisiting client sites 1–2 days per week for setups, PC installs or firewall deploymentsSupporting 1st Line colleagues and acting as a mentor for more junior engineersLogging tickets, creating documentation, and contributing to the internal knowledge baseWhat you’ll need

Experience with Microsoft 365 admin, Windows OS, basic networking, and endpoint securityFamiliarity with Sophos and ConnectWise (or similar tools)Strong customer service mindset – confident, friendly, and proactiveFull UK driving licence and happy to travel locally to customer siteEligible for BPSS clearanceWhat’s on offer
