      <description>Location: Bedfordshire | Salary: &amp;pound;220 - &amp;pound;250/day | Type: Contract | 5x days a week on site in Milton Keynes Inside IR35 2 Month Contract   ECS Resource Group are currently working in partnership with a global managed service provider, assisting them with the search for a 2nd Line Support Engineer on a contract basis.    Key Responsibilities:    Provide onsite Level 2 IT support across a mixed Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac environment, resolving a broad range of hardware, software and end-user issues.  Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services, Windows devices, Mac devices and on-premises server infrastructure, ensuring reliable day-to-day IT operations.  Act as the primary onsite escalation point, troubleshooting complex technical issues and coordinating with third-party providers for specialist support when required.  Work collaboratively with the IT Manager and internal IT team to ensure efficient incident resolution, service continuity and a high standard of customer support.
