We are looking for someone with a strong technical support background and provide assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth IT services and systems support across the business. Key Responsibilities:Provide first-line support for hardware/software issues on Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra.Log, track, and resolve incidents/service requests per ITIL best practices.Assist users with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Manage devices using Microsoft Intune.Maintain documentation of incidents and solutions.Deliver high-quality customer service and training. Preferred Skills and Experience:Minimum 2 years in IT support/service desk role.Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, and Intune.Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing systems.
