You''ll work alongside engineers, architects, and delivery specialists to develop technology that enables faster, safer decision-making for critical operations. Key Duties & responsibilities * Respond to incoming tickets and provide ongoing feedback on progress. * Providing basic 1st/2nd line support for our environments, services and infrastructure. Escalate to 3rd line for complex issues. * End user support (desk-side and remote). * Issuing comms to the user community for incidents and maintenance events. * Respond to monitoring alerts, triage and escalate where necessary. * Ensure incident tickets are appropriately updated and maintained, and fed into the major incident process where necessary. * Ensure incident resolutions are appropriately documented in the ticketing system and wider knowledge base. * Occasional travel to remote sites may be required.
