This hands-on role involves troubleshooting a wide range of systems including Windows environments, network infrastructure, telecoms, and in-house applications. You''ll play a key role in a tight-knit the IT support team and work enterprise wide, gaining hands on experience across all areas of the business.

Key Requirements:
- 3+ years'' experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and common enterprise platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence (3+ years)
