Providing Senior Technical Support to education sector customersEnsuring continuity, efficiency and enhancing ICT networksManagement and maintenance of client network environmentsBuild key relationships with key technical contacts at client sites and third partiesKey Skills
Qualifications such as MCSA, AZs and ITIL would be highly beneficial towards your applicationStrong knowledge of Windows OS, 10 and 11Strong demonstratable experience of Azure and IntuneExcellent PC problem solving skillsProven ability to configure, troubleshoot and maintain a variety of Windows Server OSActive Directory set up and troubleshooting all aspects of AD and its associated servicesVirtualisation - Good understanding of the virtualization conceptsNetworking Good understanding of the networking stack, TCP/IP and subnettingComfortable with a range of backup products, including VM-level solutionsKnowledge of deployment solutions such as WDS essential. Experience with MDT and/or SCCM highly advantageousUnderstanding of managed wireless solutions (Ruckus advantageous), including 802.1X security and guest/BYOD networksKnowledge of mobile devices (iOS, Android) and their integration with Windows networksStrong experience dealing with Azure, Intune, Office 365, Exchange 365 and PapercutExperience with Web filtering products LGFL, Smoothwall, Sonicwall, WebsenseExperience with Sophos Enterprise Console and other managed antivirus systemsPrevious knowledge/experience within the education sector or MSPs beneficialProfessional, customer service mindedSolutions oriented with good problem-solving ..... full job details .....
