Join a fast-moving, collaborative team supporting diverse environments across the UK and Germany. You ll be the go-to person for escalated issues, delivering outstanding technical support to both English- and German-speaking users. From Microsoft 365 troubleshooting to onboarding new users and devices, you ll help keep systems running smoothly and make sure clients feel supported every step of the way. What You ll Be Doing Own and resolve 2nd-line tickets escalated from 1st line within agreed SLAs. Provide clear, empathetic support in German and English across phone, remote, and email channels. Attend client calls/meetings in German; capture actions and next steps in both languages. Support onboarding projects (account provisioning, device prep, Microsoft 365 tenant configuration). Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft 365, Windows client/server, networking fundamentals, and common business apps. Collaborate with Cloud/Infrastructure teams to ensure secure, compliant service delivery. Occasionally attend client sites in the UK or Germany to deliver diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and project tasks.
