      <description>Location: Stoke-on-Trent | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | 2nd Line Support Engineer – Stoke-on-Trent   We’re looking for a talented 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a busy and rapidly growing Service Desk team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting live services while acting as an escalation point for more complex technical issues.  The Role  As a 2nd Line Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for delivering hands-on technical support across a broad range of environments. You’ll troubleshoot and resolve incidents across hardware, software, networking, and cloud platforms, while also supporting 1st Line Engineers to ensure consistently high service standards.
