Job Title: 2nd Line Support Engineer Location: Milton Keynes (full-time onsite) Salary: 32,000 - 35,000 DOE + Benefits About the Role We are working with a well-established and rapidly growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Milton Keynes who are looking for a proactive and technically skilled 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their dynamic support team.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across multiple sectors, supporting cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 2nd line technical support to a broad client base across Microsoft and cloud-based environments.Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues escalated from 1st line.Monitor and maintain client systems using RMM tools, ensuring performance and uptime.Escalate complex issues to 3rd line where necessary, providing detailed documentation and diagnostics.Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining clear communication with clients throughout issue resolution.Participate in project work, including infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and cloud adoption initiatives.Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system and create/update technical documentation.
