2nd Line Engineer - 6-month contract - Remote

Our client, a leading MSP is seeking a 2nd Line Engineer to join them on a full-time, contract basis for an initial period of 6 months. Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to expand their team of Engineers, and are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to join them, where you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support to a broad range of clients, working on daily tickets whilst working with the wider team of Engineers, working on both day-to-day support tasks and project work. This role is offered on a fully-remote basis. Key Responsibilities: Resolve daily tickets from clients, supporting on software troubleshooting as well as installs and updates, as well as hardware faults Attend client sites when required to fix onsite faults and hardware issues Provide a high level of technical support to clients as well as maintaining a high level of customer service at all times Work on a mixture of dayto-day support and project work Act as the goto for any questions or queries from other Engineers Key Experience: A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar IT-related role MSP experience is advantageous, although not essential Used to providing a high level of technical support to a range of clients Windows Server Windows Desktop 7/11 Office 365 knowledge Networking ability DNS / Routing / Switching VMware Azure Active Directory This is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Engineer to join a thriving business who are leaders within ..... full job details .....
