2nd Line Engineer - 6-month contract

Our client, a leading MSP is seeking a 2nd Line Engineer to join them on a full-time, contract basis for an initial period of 6 months.Due to an exciting period of growth our client is looking to expand their team of Engineers, and are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer to join them, where you will be responsible for providing a high level of technical support to a broad range of clients, working on daily tickets whilst working with the wider team of Engineers, working on both day-to-day support tasks and project work.Due to the location of the office candidates are required to have access to their own vehicle.Key Responsibilities:Resolve daily tickets from clients, supporting on software troubleshooting as well as installs and updates, as well as hardware faultsAttend client sites when required to fix onsite faults and hardware issuesProvide a high level of technical support to clients as well as maintaining a high level of customer service at all timesWork on a mixture of dayto-day support and project workAct as the goto for any questions or queries from other EngineersKey Experience:A minimum of 3 years'' experience in a similar IT-related roleMSP experience is advantageous, although not essentialUsed to providing a high level of technical support to a range of clientsWindows Server 2012 - 2022Windows Desktop 7/11Office 365 knowledgeNetworking ability - DNS / Routing / SwitchingVMwareAzureActive DirectoryThis is an excellent opportunity for a 2nd Line Engineer to join a ..... full job details .....
