2nd Charge Mortgage Case Manager - Specialist LendingWe are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist lending brokerage based in Ringwood for a 2nd Charge Mortgage Case Manager to join their focussed Specialist Lending team.The RoleYou will be responsible for processing 2nd charge (second charge / secured loan) residential and BTL mortgage enquiries from initial enquiry through to completion. Working within a small but focussed team, you should be motivated to overachieve individual and company targets. You will take proactive measures to process cases in accordance with company and lender panel processing guides, liaising with brokers, mortgage providers, legal teams and surveyors throughout the process. You will also assist in the company''s AML function, ensuring risk is minimised and potential fraud is investigated and reported to the relevant team. Exceptional telephone skills are a must in this role.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollect fees from clients and brokers where requiredEnsure client data is captured accurately and recorded within the company CRM system, adhering to current regulatory GDPR policiesFollow the company''s sales processMonitor the department''s CPD logCustomer care calls to brokers to ensure processing is smooth and offer assistance to queries if requiredUse the CRM system to set review dates for completed loans, creating opportunities for re-saleAttend internal sales and lender sales meetings to ensure an accurate understanding of the ..... full job details .....
