Pay Rate: £29 - £33 per hour (CIS) We are looking for a qualified Electrical Inspection & Testing Engineer / Electrician for a long-term commercial contract at Lakeside Shopping Centre. The initial phase involves the testing, inspection, and emergency lighting survey of distribution boards and circuits within the car park structures. Following the initial testing phase, the role will transition into remedial works, including distribution board upgrades and new lighting installations. Key Responsibilities Carry out full EICR testing and inspection on distribution boards (10 per circuit) located across the site car parks. Accurately log all defects and complete necessary test certification. Conduct a comprehensive emergency lighting survey and associated testing.
