This is a temporary position however there is possibility of a temp to perm option for the ideal candidate.  Responsiblities include:  Commercial work including 1st/2nd fix, containment and lighting.  Electrical repairs, remedial works and maintenance within void social housing properties.  Carry out testing and inspection in line with regulations. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently. Ensure work is completed to relevant safety standards. Use handheld devies to provide accurate records.  Requirements:  2391 or equivalent. Proven experience working within commericial and social housing. Full UK driving licence to travel around Yorkshire.
