As a Summer Financial Analyst, you will work on corporate finance engagements for companies within a sector-specific MandA team. The group’s engagements principally include sell-side and buy-side MandA transactions and capital raising assignments. You will support these assignments as a dedicated member of the transaction team, gaining broad exposure to issues affecting companies and investors today. You will research and analyze financial statements, general economic conditions, industry developments, acquisitions and divestitures, and investment attributes of publicly traded and private companies. You will also gain knowledge of capital raisings and financing structures.
