Responsibilities
Master your toolkit.
By working across diverse tech stacks, refine your ability to choose the right tools for every challenge. From monolithic to microservices architectures, gRPC to REST APIs, Kubernetes to Docker, Python to Rust—you’ll demonstrate that true expertise is about understanding the purpose of the tools to unleash their potential.
Build stuff that matters.
You’ll have autonomy and ownership of your work from ideation to execution, building software from the ground up and seeing how your code becomes a product used at scale.
Simplify relentlessly.
Turn complexity into simplicity by optimizing processes and architectures, and crafting maintainable code and scalable solutions.

The selection processIf you pass screening, you’ll take on tests to assess how you approach unfamiliar problems. If successful, you’ll be invited to a series of interviews. We set a high bar and won’t extend an offer until we’re convinced we’ve found the right candidate.
