2026 General Operator

We are currently recruiting General Operatives for a busy and well-established manufacturing company specialising in precast concrete walls and products. This is a hands-on, physical role within a fast-paced production environment, offering full-time, ongoing work with an immediate start available.As a General Operative, you will play a key role in the production process, helping to manufacture high-quality concrete products while maintaining safety and efficiency on site.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the production of precast concrete walls and related productsInstall reinforcing steel (rebar) into moulds prior to concrete pouringAdjust rebar sizes in line with specificationsPaint and finish concrete products when requiredLoad and unload materials safelySupport other areas of the production process as neededMaintain a clean and safe working environmentWork as part of a team to meet production targets Requirements: Previous manufacturing or production experience is preferredGood attention to detail and a quality-focused approachAbility to follow health and safety procedures at all timesReliable with good timekeeping and attendanceOwn transport is beneficial due to locationComfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor or open production environment What s in it for you?
