Manage the implementation of in-store activations. Ensure that the brand''s image standards/guidelines are met and that O+O customer experiences seamlessly link to each other.New Stores and Refits:
Modify POS navigation to align with brand strategy. Coordinate logistics for new store openings and refurbishments, including ordering POS, testers, and visuals.Building and Maintaining Key VM Databases:
Ensure the lightbox database and VM counter master plan are always up to date.VM calendar:
Strategically manage the VM calendar, including lightbox and visual calendar. Communicate POS OCDs (On Counter Dates) and provide updates for each launch.Excellence:
Challenge the status quo to deliver the best experience for UK customers.Project management:
Effectively manage projects and budgets, maintaining a cost-conscious mindset.Foster strong relationships with suppliers:
Ensure correct installation of animations and timely updates for all stores.Control and manage VM costs:
For both brands, preventing overspending in accordance with Group guidelines.
