Full 360-degree executive recruitment role, working with clients and candidates and owning end-to-end senior management recruitment processes.Specialising in a niche industry sector within core markets globally.Developing new business with clients and fostering key customer relationships.Headhunting top industry talent into high-level vacancies.Consulting with clients to make decisions on hiring executive-level staff and recruitment programmes.Technology-based work using telephone, video, email, and face-to-face interactions to build long-term relationships.Working autonomously and independently as well as in a team, with potential to grow the industry as its own business unit.What are the requirements?

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is not necessary but preferred.Driven, confident individuals for a sales and business development-focused role.A positive and resilient mentality.Ability to work well in a team and independently.Be accountable for hitting targets and growing your specialist market/industry.A desire to go beyond day-to-day tasks.Seniority level
