2 x Senior Intelligence Officer - Public Health and Children''s Social Care£42,839 - £47,181 per annumHybrid working - 1 day per week on-site (Greater Manchester) We are recruiting two Senior Intelligence Officers to join a forward-thinking local authority, each role sitting within the Communications, Strategy and Performance division. These are pivotal positions designed to strengthen how data, intelligence and insight inform decision-making across both Public Health and Children''s Social Care services. While both posts operate at the same level and within the same team, each will have a distinct focus area: Senior Intelligence Officer - Public Health Senior Intelligence Officer - Children''s Social Care Together, these roles will play a key part in shaping policy, improving outcomes, and driving a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. Key responsibilities Analyse complex datasets and communicate insight to inform strategic decision-making, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Produce high-quality dashboards, forecasts, reports, briefings, and presentations tailored to a range of stakeholders. Develop tools, frameworks, and guidance to support consistent, insight-led practice across services. Use Business Intelligence systems to capture, quality assure, analyse, and report on performance and activity data.
