Your new role For both positions we are looking for proven experience with Air Freight Exports, with the Senior position needing higher level experience of Imports and Customs too. What you''ll need to succeed You will enjoy working in a very fast-moving Freight Forwarding environment, with a strong focus on rapidly finding the right solutions for customers who need us to get their items from A to B promptly. You manage bookings and shipments, securing cargo allocations, negotiating rates with major airlines and cargo carriers. You will be a very strong communicator, delivering clear and concise updates to all stakeholders regarding options for routes, costs, and keeping all parties informed regarding real and potential delays. You will be able to prepare Transport documentation including House and Master Air Waybills (HAWB & MAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists, Certificates of Origin and Carnet, working with Customs Brokers where appropriate.
