Our client is a reputable not for profit media group located in Central London.  Hybrid working   What will you be doing? Invoice raising Raise invoices on our Integra Centros PROD system for all areas of F&E income Direct Debit Reconciliation Following retroactive invoice raising with Treasury team Use our Committed Giving platform and Integra Centros PROD software to reconcile list of Patron direct debit payments, 2-3 times per month Generating and providing secure payment links to Patrons Set up secure payment links via the IPG Virtual Terminal platform. Create payment links to enable Patrons to settle outstanding invoices securely. Work closely with the Philanthropy Coordinator to communicate payment links to Patrons and support payment completion.
