We are looking for an 1st Line IT Helpdesk Analyst to join out client in the Motor Vehicle Manufacturing industry. *The successful candidate will be required to work a weekly shift pattern covering Earlies, Late and Night Shifts*The shift patterns are , and .Job Responsibilities Earlies, Late and Night Shifts in weekly rotation. Shifts are 8hrs each, all on-site in Dagenham.First Line Support covering Helpdesk andamp; Desk side support.Varied role but mainly supporting PC, Printers, Network andamp; Server issues. Also supporting Network Switches.Looking for candidates who have a worked in a high pressure/high stress environments.Candidates need experience of working with MS Office Suite andamp; raising helpdesk tickets.Will also be supporting customer specific packages.Candidates will need to have a good telephone manor and be good at taking notes.Will also need to be good at passing information over the next shift team.Working in a team of 3 people.This person will act as the bridge between the 1st andamp; 2nd line.be good at taking notes.Will also need to be good at passing information over the next shift team.Working in a team of 3 people.This person will act as the bridge between the 1st andamp; 2nd line.
