1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst

IT Support Analyst Circ £180 - £210 per day - 6 month contract inside IR35 Onsite in West London We are looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst to support our clients IT Service Desk and IT infrastructure. The role is predominantly 2nd line and project related work but as the team is first point of contact you''ll also cover 1st line support to users across multiple sites. This role suits a flexible, proactive and creative problem-solver who takes ownership, communicates clearly and is committed to seeing issues through to resolution. What you''ll do Provide first- and second-line support to internal users, combining effective technical resolution with an excellent customer experience. Log, prioritise and maintain request, aiming for a first-time fix wherever possible. Identify and route issues to the appropriate technical team, monitoring progress against priorities and agreed service levels. Troubleshoot PC and laptop issues by phone, remote tools and desk-side support. Manage new-starter setups and leaver processes. Configure company mobile phones across Apple iOS and Android platforms. Support operational technology, including VoIP and manufacturing equipment, working with external suppliers when required. Manage or automate antivirus upgrades and weekly endpoint scans. Maintain clear, accurate IT documentation. What you''ll bring At least two years'' experience in a similar IT support role.
