This role will be based in Bangor and is temporary for 3 months. The Company The Ards and North Down Borough Council are seeking a 1 st Line Tech Support to join their busy Digital Services team. The position will be based in City Hall, Bangor, and is temporary for 3 months. The 1 st Line Tech Support will help ensure the smooth running of ICT support, device preparation and deployment, user requests, and related technical tasks. The Role As a 1 st Line Tech Support you will support users across the organisation, and work alongside the Digital Services team.
