This 1st Line Support role will require previous experience within IT Support, and will involve providing both remote and onsite support in a Microsoft environment. The successful candidate will be committed to delivering excellent customer service. Key skills & responsibilities for the 1st Line Support: 1st Line / Service Desk Support – in a Windows / Microsoft environment.
