The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with:Active DirectoryMicrosoft 365 (M365)Application troubleshootingHardware support, including onboardingPrintersTicketing systems (logging, triage, escalation, resolution tracking)On Offer

Based in Dartford (office-based, five days a week)Salary up to £30k, depending on experienceSome on-call rota after probationTraining courses paid for and incentivizedStandard benefits packageInternal promotion opportunitiesReporting directly to the Service Desk Team LeadSeniority level
