The position is 5 days p/w on site in Middlewich, paying £26k + benefits.You will: Provide product support to customers, this could range from payment issues for end users to password resets Comfortable with customer support/service Undergo training on a bespoke product Some understanding of software packages We are looking for applicants with: Customer facing background Strong communication skills This position requires no higher level IT skills.
